Nigerian actress and fitness advocate , Keira Hewatch took to her Instagram page this morning to motivate women on the need to embrace fitness and lifting of weights. According to her, she got a fairly proportionate bum from squatting and lifting weights.

I built a fairly proportionate booty from squatting with heavy weights. The people who have known me for a really long time know that I never used to have a booty. Wide hips, yes. No booty. But I grew one slowly and painstakingly, still working on it too.
