Ilebaye Precious Odiniya, winner of the 2023 BBNaija All Stars reality TV show, popularly known only as Ilebaye, has said she felt the presence of God while in the Big Brother house.
TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Ilebaye, codenamed Gen Z baddie, said this shortly before she emerged as the winner of the BBNaija All Stars reality TV show during the grand finale on Sunday.
The Gen Z Baddie dropped to the floor and crawled across the stage in disbelief when her name was announced as the ultimate winner of the first-ever star-studded season.
Speaking on the stage with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu before she was declared the winner of BBNaija All Stars 2023, the Gen Z baddie said she was off to build her empire after the show.
“I just felt that God was beside me. He was always with me and I was just calm.
“I was just like, keep going, be strong, everything is going to be okay,” Ilebaye said when Ebuka asked her “how was it that you survived every week and you kind of took it very calmly”.
TNG reports Ilebaye endured a tough time in the house, surviving occasional ridicule and teasing from her fellow housemates
Two weeks into the game, Ilebaye received a double strike, leaving her with one more strike and she would be immediately evicted from the Big Brother house.
At some points in the game, the guys actually plotted to oust her as her two strikes had rendered her an easy target.
However, two weeks before the end of the season, Ilebaye proved herself when she became the third and last female All Star to make head of house, leading her straight to the finale.
Over and above the 120 million Naira cash prize, Ilebaye walks away with a weekend getaway for two by Travel Beta, an Innoson car, a Techno phone, Nexus appliances and one year supply of Pepsi, Dano, Munch It, WAW, Hawaii Soap, Titus, Lush and Sardine products.
TNG reports Gen Z baddie Ilebaye will be presented with her prize money on Tuesday.
