Newcastle United’s £45million signing, Anthony Gordon, could face jail after driving just two days into a road ban.
The star, 21, got a six-month disqualification on Monday for twice failing to disclose details of the driver of his car.
Gordon was photographed behind the wheel of his £100k Mercedes G-Wagon on Wednesday – days after being banned from the road.

On Wednesday, he was pictured driving his £100,000 black Mercedes G-Wagon with his girlfriend Annie Keating.
Gordon, who joined from Prem strugglers Everton on Sunday, shamelessly parked in daylight outside the Hilton hotel in Gateshead’s busy town centre.
Flouting a road ban can mean up to six months in jail.
He was banned after offences linked to parking and speeding raps last year.

He signed for Premier League club Newcastle United on 29 January 2023 on a long-term contract for a transfer fee, reported to be an initial, of £40 million, potentially rising to £45 million in add-ons.
Having represented his country at U18 and U19 levels, Gordon made his debut for the England under-20s during a 2–0 victory over Wales at St George’s Park on 13 October 2020.
On 5 November 2021, Gordon received his first call-up for the England under-21s and scored twice on his debut, a 3–1 victory over the Czech Republic at Turf Moor in the 2023 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualification on 11 November 2021.
