Hon Lukumon Olumoh of Lagos State House of Assemble representing Ajeromi Ifelodun Constituency, Executive Chairman Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Area Hon Fatai Ayoola and the Executive Chairman Ajeromi Ifelodun Council Development Area Hon Shuaib Fatai Ajidagba have threw their weight behind the much awaiting Ajegunle Security Summit scheduled for 13th April 2021 at Signals Barrack Mile 2.
According to Hon Lukumon Olumoh and the two Chairmen, said any meaningful initiative that will bring peace and reduce the problems of insecurity not only Ajeromi Ifelodun Local government but the entire Lagos State is a welcome development and worthy of support. Recounting the enormous lost the problems of security challenges is causing us in the country .
Residents and Stakeholder are expected to be at venue of the summit to contribute their quota as a way forward in resolving the security challenges in the community and their businesses environment.
Moses Ebahor convener of the Ajegunle Security Summit thanked and appreciate the Executive Chairman Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Devement Area Hon Fatai Ayoola and the Executive Chairman Ajeromi Ifelodun Council Development Area Hon Shuaib Ajidagba for given the enabling environment to organize the summit . Highlighting some of the benefits of the summit, Ebahor Moses stated that the Ajegunle Security Summit will bring a peaceful co-existence among the various tribes, religion, youth and stakeholders to create a platform for dialogue and conflict resolution . To also set up Ajegunle Peace Forum, Net works, Ajegunle Security Scheme and given awards to deserving individual and Organizations in recognition of their roles in security matters.
The Chairman of the planning committee Mike Ojobaro who is also in charge of Task Force to Ajeromi Ifelodun Chairman thanked the commandant Signals, Barrack operations Mile 2 Col C.T Lapupu for their support by given a hall free of charge for the summit.
Ojobaro stated that some veteran resource persons who will speak on problems of insecurity in our community & its environment and to proffer necessary solutions have been invited.
