Chelsea FC have confirmed that eleven of its academy players have left Stamford Bridge following the end of their contracts.
The Blues have made it known that none of them will be retained in their push to clear the London club of unwanted players.
The eleven players are Derrick Abu, Joe Haigh, Henry Lawrence, Sam McClelland, Silko Thomas, Ethan Wady, Jayden Wareham, Prince Adegoke, Nathan Baxter, Juan Castillo and Bryan Fiabema.
However, West London club also confirmed that forward Joao Felix has returned to his parent club Atletico Madrid following the expiration of his loan spell this summer.
The Blues said this in a statement via its website on Saturday.
Recall that Felix joined Chelsea on loan from Atletico Madrid for the second half of the 2022/23 campaign.
The Portugal international scored four goals in 20 appearances for Chelsea.
