Chelsea striker, Romelu Lukaku has been told to return to the club’s Cobham training ground on Monday or risk being sanctioned.
Recall that Inter Milan pulled out of a deal to acquiore the Belgian forward on a permanent deal.
Inter were ready to offer £30million plus add-ons for Lukaku, after Juventus offered £32m plus £2m.
However, they were unable to reach Lukaku’s agent amid concerns he has spoken to Juventus.
The 30-year-old is due to return to Chelsea imminently, but will not travel with the rest of the squad to the US on their tour.
Mail Sport reports that Chelsea still expect to sell Lukaku, with Todd Boehly understood to want around £40m.
However, Lukaku has made it known that he prefers to remain in Italy.
