As the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, settles down with his sixth wife, Temitope Morenikeji, TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reveals five amazing things about her.
Recall that Oba Ogunwusi and his sixth wife got married and the marital rites were performed at a ceremony in Magodo, Lagos on Monday.
Here are five things to know about the new Ooni’s wife, Olori Temitope Morenikeji Ogunwusi
1. Olori Temitope is the Chief Executive Officer of Hopes Alive Initiatives.
2. She is a princess from the Adesegun Ibipe Royal Dynasty of Ago-Iwoye in Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State.
3. Olori Temitope has a Diploma in Linguistics from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She also has a Diploma, Data Processing – the University of Lagos, and Bachelors’s degree in Business Administration – the University of Lagos.
4. She is an alumnus of several universities, including the University of Oxford, the United Kingdom; INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France; University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, United Kingdom; and Harvard Kennedy School of Government in the United States.
5. She worked as a Television presenter in the programme ‘Health-Wise,’ a Public Health Advocacy Programme of the Lagos State Ministry of Health under Governor Raji Fasola aired for four years.
TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) had earlier reported that the monarch on Thursday, October 20, 2022, married his fifth wife and founder of African Fashion Week, Ronke Ademiluyi, who is the great-granddaughter of the 48th Ooni of Ife, Ajagun Ademiluyi.
After his marriage to Naomi Silekunola failed in December 2021, the monarch has since married five women in less than two months.
The queens are; Mariam Anako, September 6, 2022; Elizabeth Akinmudai; Tobiloba Philips, October 9, 2022; Ashley Adegoke, October 14, 2022; and Ademiluyi, October 20, 2022.
Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi; (Ọjájá II) (born 17 October 1974) is the 51st and current Ooni of Ife. He is the traditional ruler/monarch of the Yoruba kingdom of Ile-Ife.
He ascended to the throne of his forbearers in 2015 succeeding the deceased Oba Okunade Sijuwade who was the 50th Ooni of Ife.
