Yaba magistrate court has ordered the CEO of Marlian records, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite and Music Promoter, Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry to 21 days in custody.
The duo will remain in custody for 21 days.
Both persons are in police custody in connection to the death of singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad.
The Lagos State Police Command had sought a 30-day remand for Fashola and the others to complete their ongoing investigation.
However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled that a 21-day remand would suffice.
The police has also declared Mohbad’s friend, primeboy wanted as investigation into the cause of the singer’s death continues.
