Participants in the Mavrodi Mondial Movement (MMM) on Friday heaved a sigh of relief as the money-spinning venture promoters announced their resumption after one month break that left them in suspense.
MMM promoters in a message to the participants on its portal reassured them that it was in line with its promise to resume after a month.
In the MMM message, participants were told that “the holidays are over and restrictions on accounts is lifted and reopened for transactions.
However, investigations revealed that investors who rushed to their banks to confirm and possibly make withdrawals were disappointed because the accounts are still frozen.
A participant who was among the early birds to get to the bank to make withdrawals said: ‘I just checked my account and there’s no such message”.
As part of its guidelines, MMM had warned participants that investors who placed much money will not be paid immediately. However, only “the poor” will receive payment after some days of unfreezing their accounts.
