The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu has returned to Lagos on Sunday.
Tinubu who was away in London for some weeks on vacation, has not made any comment on the crisis in the South-West states, majorly Oyo and Ondo over quit notices to Fulani herdsmen.
Recall TheNewsGuru (TNG) had earlier published a report on Tinubu’s trip to London, at the time, there were speculations that he (Tinubu) tested positive for COVID-19 but his media team dismissed the reports.
Meanwhile, the former Senate President Bukola Saraki, in a statement, urged President Muhammadu Buhari to take urgent steps to address the situation while condemning some leaders for keeping quiet in the face of the worrisome situation.
“The deafening silence by key stakeholders, leaders and others who we think should speak out is worrisome. This silence is a dangerous tell-tale sign that things are wrong.
“This is not good for our country. We must all speak out and talk about the solution to this twin-problem of insecurity and threat to national unity”, Saraki wrote.
