More headaches for embattled Uche Secondus as Port Harcourt High Court validates his suspension as National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Justice Okugbelem Gbasam in delivering judgement, relied on Secondus’ suspension by Ward 5 in the Andoni local government area of the State as brought forward by Ibeawuchi Ernest Alex and four others against Secondus and the PDP.
TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Justice Gbasam also granted the aggrieved PDP members’ requests to retrain or suspend Uche Secondus from attending or conveying PDP meetings in his capacity as National Chairman or as a party member.
However, Uche Secondus’ lawyer expressed displeasure with Justice Gbasam’s decision, stating that his client will file an appeal.
