Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is very proud of the record his team has set away from home in the Premier League.
The Red Devils came from behind to defeat Southampton 3-2 at St. Mary’s, making it their eighth win in a row away from home in the league.
While Solskjaer prefers to focus on the result at hand, he admitted it was pleasing to earn such a record.
He told the club’s website after the game: “It’s a difficult league of course, but I think the no crowds away from home has had an impact on that record.
“We don’t care about that one though, we just care about the three points today.
“The manner they came from the first kick to the last really, you can see the boys were focused, ready.
“We played well and created chances, we just couldn’t take them all, but we got what we deserved.”
