Two Premier League clubsides and a Championship side have secured qualification to the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup following Tuesday’s fixtures that took place across different centers in England.
The three already qualified teams are Fulham, Middlesbrough and Chelsea.
Fulham made it through to the semi-final of the Carabao cup by seeing off fellow Premier League side Everton 4-2 on penalties, after the game ended 1-1 at regulation time.
Middlesbrough booked their place with a 3-0 thrashing of Port Vale.
Mykhailo Mudryk scored a loss time goal for the Blues to cancel out Callum Wilson’s 16th minute effort to push the game to penalties which Chelsea eventually won.
Liverpool will slug it out with West Ham tonight in the last quarter-final fixture.
After Liverpool versus West Ham game this evening, the draw for the last four will be conducted.
