Former Arsenal striker, Emmanuel Adebayor, has written off Arsenal as the Gunners pursue their first title in 20 years.
Instead Adebayor tipped Manchester City to hold off Arsenal and win the Premier League title again for the fourth time in a row.
Matchday 35 saw the Gunners beat Tottenham Hotspur 3-2 on Sunday to stay top of the table, while City followed suit by defeating Nottigham 2-0 to reduce the deficit with a game in hand.
However, Adebayor has now warned Arsenal they could drop more points in their final three games.
He told Premier League Productions: “Anything is possible with Arsenal because we all know how good they can play. This team is very young and very talented.
“But am I sure they’re going to get nine points? I’m not sure. Anything can happen. We saw a couple of weeks ago they lost at home to Aston Villa.
“Whereas if you ask me can Man City win their next 20 games I would say yes because they have proved they can do it. Arsenal are looking better and stronger but I’m not sure they are going to win their last three games.”
