Fulham’s defender, Diop fouled Darwin Nunez in the 18-yard box and the resultant penalty was converted by Mo Salah and it proved to be the only goal scored in the game.
Liverpool who has had a poor season due to some unfavourable result in the season are now occupying the 5th position and look set to grab a continental spot for next season.
