Aston Villa’s new manager, Unai Emery has penciled down Super Eagles forward, Samuel Chukwueze for his English Premier League side.
Chukwueze played as a winger under Emery at Spanish La Liga side Villareal for many reasons.
Reports say Chukwueze is one of three Villarreal players that Emery is trying to bring to the Premier League in January.
Chukuweze was/is highly instrumental for Villareal’s as his contributions helped win laurels for the Spanish club side domestically and continentally.
The left-footed player contributed over 30 goals in all competitions since Emery took charge in 2020.
The 23-year-old Nigerian international is a regular for Villarreal and a key member behind the Yellow Submarine’s UEFA Europa League triumph in 2020 and their run to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals last season.
Chukwueze was a member of the Golden Eaglet side that won the Under 17- World Cup in 2015.
