A total of 13 Nigerian States have completed the verification exercise for the N-Power programme of the Federal Government which seeks to employ some 200,000 youths.
The States include Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Cross Rivers, Gombe, Jigawa, Katsina and Kogi States.
Report from the office of the Vice-President says it has received the verified lists of graduates to be engaged under the job creation scheme.
It further stated that some of the graduates have been deployed to their primary places of assignment, and payment of the 30,000 naira stipends will commence this month.
The Federal Government declared it will employ 500,000 Nigerian graduates, starting with some 200,000.
