A Lebanese man identified as Weam Breiche has earned ‘Wolverine’ for a soubriquet due to his abnormal appetite for raw meat diets.

The 31 years old and fitness coach confirmed his weird eating habits, saying, veal brains and testicles are actually his favourite ‘dishes.’

In a recent video uploaded to TikTok, which has so far received almost three million views and more than 237,000 likes, Breiche could be seen taking a huge bite out of a raw veal brain, which he then washed down with a glass of raw eggs.

His followers couldn’t believe what they were watching. They quickly likened him to the character of ‘Wolverine’ after opening up about his raw meat-only diet with brains being his dish of choice.

Raising eyebrows with his carnivorous appetite, the Lebanese who lives in LA confessed that he found himself getting a taste for eating raw meat and said he would regularly chow down on five plates of raw organs for each meal as an appetiser.

He said, he was motivated by a focus on his overall wellness, having tried to follow a plant-based diet in the past, which did not last long due to health issues.

He then narrated that he had to go the raw meat way after he paid a visit to his doctor, who he claimed found inflammation in his digestive and nervous system, so no regrets.

He said: “As I adopted this diet, I started reading books about the benefits of meat and a lot of carnivore doctors eat their meat raw – so I decided to go for it.”

Reportedly, Breiche ‘s diet now consists of 90% raw meat and a whopping 4,500 calories every day in a bid to build his muscle and stick to his knitting.

For breakfast, he said he would blend half a pound of raw beef with two teaspoons of raw butter, half a teaspoon of salt, and raw eggs, followed by a meaty lunch of two veal testicles, a veal brain, lamb liver, beef kidney, beef heart, beef bone marrow and raw butter – all raw!

At dinnertime, Breiche would dine on raw steak slices and butter, sometimes pairing this meal with an unflavoured grass-fed protein shake.

He said: “My favourite raw food is my concoction in the morning and veal brains. I also like raw ribeyes and fillets. I’m not a fan of raw chicken and pork – I’ve actually never tried them. I don’t even eat them cooked either.”

Interestingly, Breiche acknowledged that his diet comes with risk, but he believed the potential health benefits far outweigh the disadvantages since he was yet to experience any complications.

“You might risk bacterial infection, but a healthy gut is totally capable of destroying harmful bacteria,” he excused.

Although, he certainly has to contend with somewhat mixed reactions to his diet, Breiche doesn’t mind being called, Wolverine at all.

“I get a lot of love from people who want help – especially overweight kids that struggle with confidence. I also get tons of hate, especially from the vegan community, who continuously report my account and threaten to remove it,” he added.
