Super Eagles Nigerian forward Emmanuel Dennis who currently plays for relegated Watford has been tipped to replace departing Brazillian striker Richarlison at Everton.
Everton will be looking forward to beefing up their attack and Dennis has been put on their radar.
Recall that Everton escaped relegation by the whiskers last season after losing many games in the EPL.
However, they have also suffered a setback early in the window; Richarlison, Everton’s top scorer last term was sold to Tottenham for a reported £50millionfee.
As such, the Toffees will want to nail down a replacement soon.
According to the Evening Standard, Dennis is the number one name on the list of attackers being penciled down by the Toffees.
The report states that £20 million could be enough to price him away from Watford.
Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a striker for EFL Championship club Watford and the Nigeria national team.
Despite Watford being relegated from the Premier League last season, the 24-year-old impressed and scored 10 goals during his first year in England.
Recall that Dennis also scored his first goal for Nigeria from the penalty spot in the 10-0 drubbing of Sao Tome and Principe in the 2023 AFCON qualifiers game.
