Sergio Ramos has let it be known his priority remains to stay with Real Madrid.
The Real captain, 35, comes off contract at the end of the month and there’s little sign of an agreement over a new deal.
However, Ramos has spoken to high-profile pundit Tomas Roncero, making it clear he still wishes to remain with Real.
Roncero said on El Chiringuito: “I want to stay at Real Madrid, but it’s not up to me…”
Ramos is set to call president Florentino Perez directly in the coming days to let him know he wishes to stay. The defender is currently away on his summer break.
