La Liga club Real Madrid are willing to double Toni Rudiger’s wages to tempt him away from Chelsea.
Rudiger is coming off contract this season and remains among the lowest paid senior players on Chelsea’s books at £100,000-a-week.
Real Madrid are prepared to offer Rudiger a deal worth £200,000-a-week.
The Spanish giants have identified the Chelsea centre-back as a key transfer target ahead of next season, reports The Sun.
Rudiger is out of contract at Stamford Bridge next summer and discussions over a new deal with his current employers have stalled.
Bayern Munich, Tottenham and Manchester City have all been linked with the former Roma stopper.
